CANCELLATION POLICY
Your time is extremely valuable, as is mine. With that being said, I charge a 50% cancellation fee for any no-shows or cancellations within the 24- hour mark of the scheduled appointment. Cancelling your appointment in no way offends me or upsets me if it’s done in a timely manner so that I can try to fill the spot. I would much rather hear from you about needing to cancel than have you not show up for your appointment. Thank you so much for your support and understanding.
